Finance Builder AI is operated by CONSTRUCTION BUILDERS CLEAN LTD (Companies House No. 12828036). CONSTRUCTION BUILDERS CLEAN LTD is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Finance Builder AI is not listed on the FCA Financial Services Register.
What this means for you
Because Finance Builder AI is not FCA regulated:
- The platform cannot provide regulated financial advice as defined under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).
- You are not protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) in connection with your use of Finance Builder AI.

Finance Builder AI is a personal finance analysis tool. It provides AI-generated analysis of spending data you provide, generates reports, and offers general observations about spending patterns. These activities do not require FCA authorisation under current UK legislation.
Finance Builder AI does not:
- Provide advice on investments, savings products, mortgages, insurance, or credit
- Hold, manage, or transmit client funds
- Arrange or carry out regulated financial activities as defined under FSMA
- Act as a credit broker or lender
