Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card or payment details are required to start the trial. If you add payment details during or after the trial and cancel before the trial period ends, no charge will be made. Trials that are not cancelled before expiry will automatically convert to the selected paid plan.

2. Monthly Pro plan

The Pro monthly plan is billed at £9.99 per calendar month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until that date. No refund is issued for the billing period in which you cancel.

3. Annual plan

The Annual plan is billed at £89 per year, in advance. A 14-day refund window applies from the date of purchase, subject to the following condition: fewer than 10% of the plan's features must have been used during the refund window period. "Feature use" is assessed based on the number of reports generated, data uploads processed, and active sessions within the platform.

After 14 days, or where 10% or more of features have been used, the Annual plan is non-refundable. Access continues for the full 12-month period from the purchase date.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund (where eligible under the Annual plan policy), email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days of approval.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.

5. Exceptional circumstances

We may exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances — for example, where there has been a significant platform failure or billing error on our part. In such cases, contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you have purchased a subscription as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, where you have expressly requested that the service begins immediately, the right to a 14-day cooling-off period may be reduced or waived. We will provide clear information about this at the point of purchase.
